It means they are part of the same auto-liking bot system, which seems to work, but in fact, numbers tend to DROP fast as these profiles get banned.
We can get confirmation on Trustpilot that Poprey has a very bad reputation. These are the 2 reviews with a full 1 year period between them.
As usual, with the bigger numbers, you experience larger drops.

Poprey seems to get a really bad reputation and heat over the last 2 years when it comes to bad service quality with high prices. Their refill and refund policy seems not to be truly followed either, so I would stay away from this website.
